There aren't many places between Sarasota and the Everglades where you can walk in off the street and drive a professional racing simulator. There's one on Industrial Street in Bonita Springs, and the first thirty minutes are free.

The tracks are here
Sebring is a couple of hours north-east, Homestead is south, and there's karting across the region. Seat time to prepare for any of it is the hard part.
Track time is expensive
Learning a circuit on the sim costs nothing and saves you burning the first two sessions of a paid track day working out where the corners go.
And it rains
Six months of afternoon storms. This is indoors, air conditioned, and never cancelled.

Motion GT
3DOF motion platform that reproduces braking dive, cornering roll and curb impacts. Triple 34-inch curved screens, direct-drive wheel, active pedals.
Pro Cockpit
Triple 32-inch curved screens with a direct-drive wheel and active pedals. The wide view without the motion premium.
Manual Cockpit
A real 6-speed H-pattern shifter with handbrake, direct-drive wheel and a 49-inch curved screen. Rally, drift or classic GT.
Single Race Rig
Direct-drive wheel, 49-inch curved screen and bass shakers. The easiest place to start and the fastest to get lapping.
